The Department of Information Systems at the University of Münster, with its research network ERCIS – European Research Center for Information Systems, is an international network of scientists who passionately conduct research at the intersection of management and technology. The Chair of Information Systems and Supply Chain Management (Prof Bernd Hellingrath) is an internationally renowned team that is in close contact with practitioners and the scientific community and constantly gaining new insight into the use of digital technologies in business and society. The Chair's work has focused on digitalization of the supply chain, integration of companies in a supply chain, and crisis management and is published in leading journals. The current research being undertaken relates to the application of artificial intelligence methods in supply chain planning, control and crisis management, the creation of sustainable supply chains and the data-driven integration of maintenance tasks with production planning and control.
The Chair of Information Systems & Supply Chain Management in the Department of Information Systems at the University of Münster, Germany, is seeking to fill a position for a
at the earliest possible date. We are offering a fixed-term, full-time position for 3 years. Full-time employees are required to teach 4 hours per week during the semester.
This position is tied to working towards a doctorate.
